(THREE) Military Orange Plastic Parachute

Description

I am not sure what the Military used these for.  I think they may be wind direction indicators.
People I have talked with are unsure of the uses also.
They are 40 inches across, orange on one side and white on the other.
You will be getting all three, brand new.
Please look at the pictures and see if they will work for your purpose.
