This nice mid century modern piece was made by Ashbrook in the 1960s.
They were painted on black velvet and fitted with glass panels.
No rips, tears, or snags in the velvet. Paint is clear and vibrant.
Ashbrook pieces are made to light up, but unfortunately the lights in this seem to have burnt out.
Could be a quick fix, but hasn

t been taken apart to find out.
