Vintage Mid Century Lagardo Tackett 1958 Whale Cookie Jar As Found

This listing is for this  vintage pottery  cookie jar as found.  This is a smiley face whale cookie jar designed by Lagardo Tackett.  It is signed  Tackett and and dated 1958 on the bottom.  Please note that it is white even though some of the photos came out yellow.  This is sold as found.  There is no handle and no lid. Glaze is crazed. There is a stain on one side as shown.  The interior has light use.  The base has shelf use coloration around the ring of the piece.  There are no cracks or chips. It is about 8 inches long and 6 inches tall.  The width is about 6 1/2 inches.  Packed weight is going to be  around 5 pounds or a little more.
