For sale is one US Army Parachute Lowering Line (7 FT) for military free-fall operations.
NSN 1670-01-508-1565
The lowering line is constructed of nylon webbing with a snap hook at one end.
The 7-foot or 15-foot lowering line is used to lower the Parachute Drop Bag (PDB) with a quick ejector snap fastener for attachment to the parachute harness. The 7-ft line is used for military free-fall (MFF) while the 15-ft line is used for static line jumps.
