The Carpenters Live At The Palladium Hand Signed LP Karen Carpenter Autograph

Up for your consideration is a Carpenters Live At The Palladium UK Press LP. This album is hand signed by Karen and Richard Carpenter.
The Carpenters are from Downey California. This happens to be where I was also born in the mid 70's. My father aquired this album sometime in the late 70's. I'm not sure where he obtained it, but it has always been in his collection nearly my entire life. I tried asking my mother but she had no clue.
What makes this album a little extra special is that Live At The Palladium was never released in the USA. It was only available through import. This is a UK pressing. The Carpenters only officially released two live albums, and neither one was released in the USA.
As you can see, the album was personalized. It reads : To Carie Best wishes from Karen & Richard. It appears to have been done with a felt tip pen.
CONDITION
The album cover has some light wear in various areas. The most notable would be the area at the top right corner (see pic). There are some light scuffs, indentations, and marks throughout. Please see photos.
There is no foreign writing anywhere (other than the signatures). The spine is fully intact with no seam splits, rip or tears anywhere. There is no damage that stands out or detracts from the artwork and signatures.
The vinyl LP is VG+, with the original UK inner sleeve.
