Amazon Sword Echinadorus: the Red Flame is a Great Sword Plant for Beginners. Hardy and Undemanding, Its Wide Tall Leaves Add Swaying Movement & a Lush Backdrop to Planted Community Tanks. Echinodorus Red Flame is a Hybrid Between Echinodorus Schlueteri 'leopard' and Echinodorus Barthii. Red Flame is Very Similar in Appearance to the Ozelot Sword, but With Larger Swatches of Red Running Along Its Leaves Compared to the Leopard-like Spots of the Ozelot. The Red Flame is a Relatively Easy Plant to Maintain, but Grows Rather Large in the Aquarium. Use This Plants as a Background in the Smaller Aquarium, and as a Mid-ground Focal Point in the Larger Aquarium. Do Not Allow the Leaves of This Plant to Shade Neighboring Plant. It Requires a Moderate Level of Light of 2 to 3 Watts Per Gallon Provided by Full Spectrum (5000-7000k) Bulbs. Reproduction Within This Species is by Adventitious Plants, Side Shoots, and Rhizome Division. Simply Allow the Plants to Reproduce by One of the Above Methods, and When the New Plants Forms Its Own Leaves, Separate & Replant in Another Location of the Aquarium.

Items must be returned within 7 days of package delivery date
All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
Any damage during return shipping is buyers liability, so please package well.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
There are four conditions to our Live Arrival Guarantee.
The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery, even if UPS or USPS does not leave a "pink slip" notifying you they tried to deliver the package.
The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address unless still delivered the same day. Forwarding of packages results in an extra day or more in transit. NOTE: If UPS or USPS forwards your shipment in error, we do cover that type of mistake. However, if we call your local UPS or USPS and there is a mail forward on file, our Live Arrival Guarantee is void.
In the event of a DOA plant, we REQUIRE a clear digital picture of the plant in question before replacement or store credit is issued. This picture can be sent to us by replying to the tracking email you received, or by sending it as an attachment in a new email.
All claims must be made and or brought to our attention via Ebay Messages within 24 hours of the package being delivered.
