In the rare occurrence that a package is lost or damaged, refund will be given once insurance claim is settled. All packages will be insured. All payments are due 7 days from the time of auction end or at the time the buyer has chosen the buy it now option. You must have a paypal confirmed shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Item will be shipped within 5 business days starting the day payment has cleared. Most orders are shipped much faster than five days but because of my work schedule combined with different listing ending dates shipment can sometimes take up to five days.
