Description

A Walnut Modular Wall Shelf Cabinet System by Poul Cadovius, Denmark, c.1960. This Cado-System would look exceptional while hung in a Mid-Century inspired interior. This System features 3 uprights which mount to your wall, 6 doweled back walnut shelves and 2 sliding door cabinets. The piece is fully modular and can be adjusted to display anyway you'd like. Both cabinets include a nice surface top for display with two sliding doors. The inside of each cabinet is open storage, although small slots are shown on each side for drawers which are not included. The backside of each piece includes angled dowels to hang on the uprights, once leveled and hung, this is in exceptionally sturdy unit. The backside of each shelf is marked Denmark.
Condition:
This Cado System was exceptionally well made, it's both solid and sturdy once hung. Mild surface scratches and chips shown along the doors edges are shown from previous use. You'll also notice wear along the uprights from being hung previously. These areas are circled in our photo gallery to reference.
