"Just finished watching Hot Hand Shooting and this is a very informative DVD! While watching, I came across Chapter 5 which discussed the incorrect ways to handle the ball and growing up until now, I've always held the ball with both hands on each side. This is what I thought was correct for many years, so I didn't think anything else of it until watching this part of Hot Hands which informed me that there is a better way of handling the ball.
The FIRE method was pretty easy to understand, it was explained in detail throughout the DVD.
I believe that Hot Hands would be helpful for younger and/or teens looking to perfect their skills in Basketball. Until I watched this DVD, I didn't realize how much work goes into the sport but not I have a better appreciation for it!
