    This vintage mid-century art piece is a beautiful and vibrantly colored enameled copper dish. Its rounded shape forms a fairly shallow dish. The interior enamel has an abstract organic floral design.
    “Eve was born in Vienna, Austria and immigrated to the USA in 1938 as a refugee from the Holocaust. Her family settled in Queens, NY, and Eve studied clothing design at the Fashion Academy in NYC. She worked in costume design until she married Emanuel Rabinowe in 1943. In 1961, she transitioned from her homemaking talents into a career as an award-winning Copper Enamelist and member of the prestigious American Crafts Council
