More:
-This car has been meticulously maintained and serviced at Flemington Porsche in Flemington, NJ.
-I am the original and only owner and only driver.
-No one has smoked in this car ever.
-The tires have 12K miles on them.
-The wheels are OZ Racing, made in Italy. Sorry, I no longer have the original wheels.
-This car has never been in an accident, period.
-With the car, you will get the original window sticker, sales receipt and build sheet in addition to the title.
-(the radar detector mount on the mirror is not included)
Cons:
-Well it blows my mind, but lots of Porsche owners never drive their cars.
So after four or five years, they have 8k miles on their cars.
This one is my daily driver.
So it has an above-average 51k miles on it.
But it’s just getting started...
-This car, generally speaking, is
indistinguishable
from showroom condition at a six foot distance.
But there are a few spots where that is not true.
I will list ALL of them as honestly as I can, and ALL of them are shown in the last pictures:
1)
There is a small scratch and ding on the right rear fender.
This happened when a bicycle on a rear rack
came loose and hit the car as it fell off.
2)
There is scuff in the paint on the same corner where something brushed  against my car.
3)
These is some scuffing on the rubber and plastic trim at the doorsill onthe driver’s side- see the picture.
4)
One  of the “OZ” wheel caps is missing- see pics.
(Dang, I kept forgetting to replace that!)
5)
I  know some of you will think it’s heresy to put silly stickers on a Porsche!
Well I bought it, and I think they’re fun.
You don’t like them?
I guarantee they will be removed without a trace before you buy it.
You like them-  they stay!
6)
The  right rear wheel has a small curb scuff.
The left rear wheel has a tiny curb scuff.
7)
I  recently lost one key, so there is only one.
I tried to replace it, but the lead time is at least a couple of months, so you will have to take care of that.
(If you’re not familiar with this, it is a complex process and will cost you around 0 and can only be done at a Porsche dealer).

-I will be happy to allow you to do a Pre Purchase Inspection at Flemington Porsche or Princeton Porsche at your expense.
-I will be happy to take you for a test drive before you conclude payment, but only contingent on our agreeing that you will buy it, based on it being as described.
(Sorry, no rides just for fun).
-I  will not release the car and title until a bank has confirmed legitimate payment by cashier’s bank check.
